What type of wax do you use?
We use an eco-friendly all natural 100% soy wax, with no paraffin or blending additives.
Soy wax provides a longer and cleaner burn, is biodegradable and is a renewable resource.

What kind of wicks do you use?
We use cotton core wicks that are made from 100% natural fibers, containing no lead and metals.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any unauthorized returns shipped back to us. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
We will make every effort to provide the highest level of customer service and to rectify any concerns you may have.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada. We are working hard to make this possible and will update our shipping destinations once available.
I received a damaged product, what do I do?
If you have received a damaged product in your order, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed as they are received and our typical processing time is 3-5 days. Once your order leaves our studio it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to receive depending on the delivery location. If we experience any out of the ordinary delays, we will contact you to let you know.
