Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed as they are received by us, typically within 3-5 business days, Monday - Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to be active.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer Canada wide free standard shipping on orders over $100, before applied discounts, shipping and applicable taxes. We also offer $14 flat rate shipping across Canada for orders under $100.
Domestic Ground Shipping times are estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier volume. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
We do provide FREE LOCAL DELIVERY to selected areas within Durham Region, Ontario.
Once you have updated your cart with your shipping address, there will be a DROP DOWN MENU to select the Free Local Delivery option. If you have any questions or encounter any issues please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately at this time, we only ship within Canada and are unable to process international orders.
DAMAGES TO SHIPMENTS
If there is any damage to your shipment, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further instructions regarding our policy on damaged products.
