Refund Policy

 
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Anthony Ross Candle Co is unable to accept unauthorized returns and will not provide refunds for products that are shipped back to us without authorization.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
​
If there is any damage to your shipment, resulting in a broken product; please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.  Please include a detailed description of the damage/issue and provide pictures of the damage product as well as the shipping box.  We will contact you to arrange to have a replacement item sent to you immediately.

SHIPPING ERRORS
​
Anthony Ross Candle Co is not responsible for refunding/replacing orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address, due to customer error.
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your email order confirmation, if you notice any errors in your shipping address.  We will make every effort to have the address corrected prior to shipping.  Once the order has been shipped, we have no way of altering the shipping address with the carrier.  Refunds will not be issued.

Sales / Discounted Items
Sale, discounted and products purchased with a promo code are final sale.  


We do not accept returns or provide exchanges / refunds based on scent performance or scent preference.  All of our products are handcrafted in small batches and some variation in appearance may occur.  Soy Wax is an all-natural product that has many benefits; however, some scents are not as strong in soy wax than other types of wax like petroleum-based paraffin.
